Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington DC, US territories, and APO and FPO military addresses. Standard shipping is free on orders of $25 or more and $5.99 on orders under $25. Faster options, when available, are priced at checkout. Orders ship from Amazon's fulfillment centers, usually within 1 to 2 business days, and most arrive within 1 to 4 business days after shipping. We email you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

CableDrops

Q: I need to remove my CableDrop from a surface. What's the best way to do it?

A: The best way to remove a CableDrop is to pull it off so the foam adhesive comes off of the CableDrop and remains on the surface it was attached to.  This is generally what will happen if you pull them off slowly. If the CableDrop is difficult to remove, use a flat item for leverage, like a ruler. Gently wedge it under the CableDrop to lift it from the adhesive. Another great way to cut through the adhesive is to use dental floss: cut a piece of floss and gently use it to saw through the adhesive under the CableDrop. Once the CableDrop is off, you'll have the foam tape left on the surface. Use your thumb to gently roll the tape off.  Avoid pulling the tape away from the surface. If any adhesive residue remains, use a product safe for your surface (perhaps a degreaser or rubbing alcohol) to remove it. Be sure to read the product directions to ensure it's safe for your surface prior to using it.

Q: I received my white cable drops and they seem to be gray. Is this normal?

A: Yes.  The white cable drops are slightly gray, an off white color.  This helps them stay cleaner longer.
